Plenty of choice on the menu. Not overpriced. Not overcrowded. Not recommended by our B & B but everyone who went there was pleased with it. We were very satisfied

We stayed at the Nautilus for two nights and ate in the restaurant on the first, as we were tired from travelling and it was the easy option. As has been said the menu is very limited. We ordered our mains, which were well presented, but the combination of flavours for each dish was it well thought out. My husband had the seafood platter, which was bland, I had the chicken, which was better, but had too many flavours and sauces competing against one another. I was even asked if I wanted hollandaise on my vegetables, despite the chicken being served with its own sauce!

We then ordered the cheese selection and waited for it to arrive. Ten minutes later the waitress informed us very apologetically that the chef told her he had run out of cheese! Quite how a restaurant with a cheeseboard in the menu can run out if cheese, and why it took the chef so long to discover this and tell the waitress is beyond us!

Needless to say that we did not go back the second night! It is a shame this restaurant is not run along the same lines as the motel. The staff of the motel are excellent, as are the rooms - go for an executive one bed suite for a treat. The huge bath and shower are superb.

Eaten here quite a few times when here on business and staying on site. Nicely appointed restaurant , great views of the beach, especially at breakfast with sun streaming in front windows over the sparkling water. Never been disappointed with any meal I've had here, always a good selection and well cooked and good service without being over bearing.
