“Modern, spacious, great location”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 6 January 2014

We stayed in one of the family rooms. The accommodation was bright, modern, spacious and very well thought through. There is a free laundrette on the premises as well as ample parking. We made most of the BBQ area on the third floor where the terrace overlooks the beach.
As we have small kids, we greatly appreciated the location - accross the (very quiet) road from the beach with a playground. Restaurants are a very short walk around the area. Plenty of take away places, to enjoy your dinner on the beach :-)
Napier town is 5 minutes in the car. You could also walk there along the beach but it's about 3kms which for us was too long with small kids in tow.
Hugely recommend this place!

Room Tip: On the map, Navigate seems quite close to town through the back streets - however, it is a schlep ov...

We have stayed at the Navigate numerous times over the previous few years for a getaway from the farm for a night or two.
We find the consistency in the quality of accommodation excellent. Plus plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Nice size rooms with good bathrooms. Views amazing and service excellent. Recommend this place to anyone.

Room Tip: Go for the sea front rooms. Amazing view.

great location close to good food places and interesting galleries, close to the the water. Easy to find from the main roads in and out of Napier, big rooms, clean and tidy. The room was quite even with the busy water front road.

We ended up taking a 2nd flr 2 bed apartment due to limited availability, I was told we were in for a treat...how right they were, this place was heavenly in every way. We were blessed with great weather and beautiful sunsets which showcased the views front and back. My toddler had a blast running around every room. The beach and very large playground (so many things to try) across the road were also a hit. If visiting Napier, you will not regret staying here. We left feeling truly chilled out, and will certainly only stay here again when visiting Napier. Thank you Andrew and team!

The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable of the Napier area. He took the time to talk to us and give us a few suggestions. The mattresses are new and ultra comfortable. I wish I could switch with mine from home!
Walk across the street to one of the best swimming places in Napier.

We had a trip with our seven months old baby and mom, the value was great. Room was clean and tidy with nice toilets and bath facilities. We were upgraded to third floor from second floor for free of charge which presented better view of bay. Overall very good experience.

Great location. Near restaurants with nice water view with a balcony. Transportation needed to get to the art deco area, but it is only about a 5 minute drive away. Friendly staff. Modern. We used this as an entryway to the Hawk's Bay wineries. While some other accommodations might have been closer, this was convenient and offered the bay view.
