Hotel is open 24/7 which was perfect for our late arrival at midnight having driven down from Auckland. Room was very comfortable and spacious.
A few noises that kept us awake for a little while - noisy fridge in the room and bathroom fan that woudnt turn off, but all in all a very pleasant stay.
Great location facing the waterfront and across the road from the spa.
Didnt eat at the hotel - theres a lovely cafe a few minutes walk away called Ujazi which serves amazing breakfasts.
Napier is very quiet in winter - once the shops closed there seemed to be no one else around in Napier. We are at the Emporium (Masonic Hotel bar & restaurant) which was pleasant enough.
