The extreme chocolate at the cafe is a must try - a speciality drink composed of an espresso cup full of Silky Oak melted chocolate, topped with whipped cream and various chocolate button/shaped additions. The addition of chili powder to spice the drink up is an option. The food is also good and I recommend a savoury option to cut the sweetness of the drinks. The sausage rolls and savoury scones are particularly good. Side salads come with two very tasty dressings.
I haven't done the tour so cannot comment on that but the git shop is a joy. I was particularly pleased to spot cake wrappers, after searching for a replacement for the Christmas cake for years. The owner was very helpful in sourcing these for me despite them being out of season.
On my most recent visit I also stopped in at the chocolate shop, which has a variety of options, from single chocolates to large prepackaged sets. Don't miss the chocolate display on the right hand side as you enter the door! Amazing detail.
Well worth a visit.
