We visited Pure Tastes on a Monday which as it turns out is Owner Chris Hagans day off and boy did the mice play. With much anticipation we arrived at the Restaurant and welcomed by the staff, we ordered a glass of bubbles to start which duly arrived but minus the bubbles, we asked whether it was a fresh bottle, the answer was no is wasn't and she volunteered that she had notice the lack on bubbles on pouring. alas the attention to detail went missing all night, from the chefs not cleaning their grill, to having the ask the wattresses evefytime for the matching wine to be served with each dish
The execution by the kitchen staff of the foams was pathetic
