Plenty of tourist buses stop here. Large reception foyer for arrival & departure on a daily basis. Internet access here too but no free wifi, as is common in Rotorua. Small open pool with warm water & saunas. Rooms comfortable enough. Anyone with breathing problems should reconsider staying in Rotorua, as sulfur smell is impossible to avoid, and this large hotel is located in swamp area.
