We booked two rooms for two nights and upgraded to the Lakeview Rooms. Rooms were sufficient for what we required and the buffet breakfast was just OK. Have had a lot better. Great location across from the Polynesian Spa and within walking distance to town. However, we decided to try the Pizza night at the Hotel restaurant and booked for 6.30pm. The staff were pleasant but initially didn't provide us with the correct menu for the Pizza night which we had requested. It took 20 minutes before our first drinks arrived, another 10 minutes after that before we had our breads delivered. After waiting for another hour and questioning the wait staff on the delay, we finally received the first two meals which were not what we had ordered. This was the last straw. The staff were confused as to what we were supposed to have, and as it was 8pm the 5 year old was asleep at the table and so we walked out. We won't be going back.
