Stayed there 5 times, every year since 2005, in flatlets mainly, and once in a tourist flat. Happy with everything except small flies & mosquitos at night when we left windows open. All the rest - good value for money, absolutely adequate to expectations. Tried to stay at Top 10 once, just for change, and decided to not repeat this in Rotorua, only Cosy Cottage for future visits to this wonderful area.
Hangi food (see the picture) is one of "must do" in Rotorua and Cosy Cottage!!
