Very friendly, fun, and informative tour guides. They give you the warm clothes and accessories needed to be comfortable and have a good time. The ziplines themselves are extremely safe and pretty fun too.

Came across this tour in tourist info office. What a brill day although it was really cold!
There were only 7 of us and 2 guides, Shane and georgie. They were really funny, full of information and very helpful. Safety was a priority but they didn't labour the point. There was good information about how the money spent on the tour was used to aid conservation and to help to return the forest to how it was.
The scenery was spectacular from high up in the trees but did not frighten you. We were a family of 3 age 22-52 all unfit but could cope easily with the terrain and zip wires.
Definitely recommend to all ages and fitness levels. Fun, informative and brilliant guides.

Fun, welcoming, and informative staff. Easy hike in a gorgeous forest. Learned about the flora and fauna, and the importance of the predator-reduction program. Hand-fed two wild birds. Flew on the ziplines, and made our way along rope bridges. And, if someone (like me) misses their landing and gets stuck out on the line...they have a wonderful way to retrieve you, so no worries. Enjoy!

This was the most awsome day - to be taken to the most beautiful spot of NZ forest and allowed the privilege of zipping your way through above the treetops was simply amazing. The guides showed incredible wisdom in accommodating the needs of the youngest to the oldest, to the scaredest to the most confident. I felt very safe at all times whilst having fun fun fun!! The safety routines were obvious and never at any stage did the guides loose sight of that! Can't recommend it more highly! I would go back tomorrow!
