A menu that challanges perceptions. Featuring ideas such as confit pork belly with smoked eel, beetroot jelly, a savoury cheesecake, concepts that are sure to please. This is one of the few times that I have had concept food cooked to perfection. My steak was beautifully rare, the leek croquet was larger than expected, but a delightful meal. The pumpkin and gingernut cheesecake was great, although the gingwenut base was a little soft from the syrup, the accompanying licorice Icecream was a truly remarkable taste sensation maintaining a real licorice flavor.
The waitress was a real gem full of smiles and manners.
