The food here is outstanding and so too are the staff. When you first arrive it feels as if you are going to eat in somebody else's living room, which is a bit odd; but don't be put off by that.
The cooking here is stunning (similar to Clooneys in Auckland), but the whole ambience is far more relaxed and, for us, preferable. This is not just about the staff, who are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, about both the food and the wines. We had a sense that the staff really loved working here and felt proud of what they did.
