“Fabulous location”
Reviewed 13 March 2015 for a stay in February 2015

My son and I were absolutely ecstatic with the overall presentation of the apartment. Especially with the little touches added to make your stay enjoyable.

“Up a Steep Road - But What a View”
Reviewed 11 March 2015 for a stay in March 2015

My wife and I are travelling around NZ and we are not city people, we found Wellington’s streets very narrow and steep in places as was the access to the unit. But when we got there it was all worth it, the unit is in top condition, a mini-home with everything including dish-washer, clothes washer and dryer and the view over Wellington city is magnificent. It is only fifteen minutes walk from town, we did the walk then back via cable car and a stroll through the botanic gardens. Lovely place to stay.

“Amazing views from a stunning apartment”
Reviewed 19 February 2015 for a stay in February 2015

The view over Wellington and the bay from this apartment is amazing. It is an easy walking distance to the main hub of Wellington, past the 'Beehive' building into town or through he botanical gardens to the cable car. The walk back up the last 100 metres or so to the apartment felt a bit like scaling Everest to the less active amongst us (me!) but the view more than makes up for it! Two comfy double bedrooms, well equipped kitchenette, great shower/toilet and how can you not like owners who leave you a lovely welcoming note, crusty bread, filter coffee and a couple of chocolate bars!! Emily, we loved it there and would recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodation in Wellington.

“A view that has everything to captivate you.”
Reviewed 12 February 2015 for a stay in February 2015

We stayed 2 nights in this super apartment. First impressions as you walk through the door are 'fantastic'!! Sleek and modern in furnishings and decor. Everything that you need is there. Useful items in fridge freezer such as milk, juice and butter. Bread and homemade biscuits were there too. Each of the double bedrooms has a large wardrobe with two suitcase stands in each. Bathroom is sleek and modern with an excellent shower. Plenty of electric sockets. Waking machine and dryer tucked away in the hall cupboard. The street running parallel to Barton Terrace one block below down the hill has a village feel with some cute restaurants and bars. The no: 3 bus will take you the few stops into the centre but it is also walkable. We didn't do this. We either took the bus or the car

Excellent, friendly service. Beautifully decorated apartment with stunning views. Easy access to the heart of Wellington's CBD. Nestled in the centre of one of Wellington's most beautiful neighbourhoods. Highly recommended.

“A lovely place for a stay in Wellington.”
Reviewed 19 January 2015 for a stay in January 2015

Once you look past the tired exterior you will find a tastefully renovated, comfortable and spacious two bedroom apartment with great views over the city. It is also well situated near a few stylish eateries.

Emily was an attentive host who responded quickly to questions and provided supplies for an at home brekkie (yummy bread and condiments).

Highly recommended.

“My sweet home in Wellingtone”
Reviewed 29 December 2014 for a stay in December 2014

Such a lovely home, very modern and stylished, fully refurbished, in a very nice local district of Wellingstone, with sea view.
Emily and Tim will welcome you with tea, coffee, bread, butter and jam for your breakfast.
You find books about the city to prepare your journey.
It feels just like home.
