We stayed for one night and hired bikes for wine testing. The rooms are fantastic, spacious, modern and clean. The hot spa was perfect for after cycling and the restaurant was exceptional, especially the fillet steak

Thank you for your review. I must say many a sore saddle has relaxed after a long day of wine tasting in our spa pool. Just a little hint the secret in the eye fillet is that it is grass fed.

We stayed here recently with another couple. The rooms are very well appointed and comfortable, everything you need right there. Huge bathrooms.
We booked dinner for the evening and when we arrived for dinner found a party of 20 already seated and very noisy - no mention was made at our time of booking that there would be a large party (the restaurant is not very big), otherwise we would have gone elsewhere. The food was alright, except one of our starters was cold and one of our mains was also cold - when trying to tell the waitress she didn't listen and kept saying "If you don't like it, we'll change it" that was not the point. My steak was excellent and the other meals were good. The wine was very expensive.
I can recommend the accommodation without hesitation, but there are plenty better places to eat in the area.

Hotel is actually separate spacious suites housed in separate buildings /cottages. Each room has an outdoor terrace. Great ,spacious bathrooms. The dining areas are in the main building ,either inside or outside . Small but very intimate inside dining room . Great food and wine selection. Located in the middle of the vineyards outside of town. Great value ----much better than the lodging choices in Blenheim. Very attentive staff

We were lucky to spend 4 nights in this comfortable suite courtesy of Brancott wineries. Surrounded by glorious views of vineyards and mountains, we enjoyed the proximity of many wineries tasting their fantastic Sauvignon Blancs that Blenheim is famous for. This hotel is made up of chalets with attached suites with well equipped kitchenettes. Hot tub , laundry facilities and restaurant with a small menu of good food made this a place to recommend to any travelers considering staying in this lovely area.

We booked this hotel after reading tripadvisor reviews and previous experiences staying in vineyard regions. The hotel was a pleasant surprise. The units were clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is definitely is a must try for at least one night. The hotel is a bit out of town but we had a rental car so this was not an issue for us.

Only criticism would be for more variety in the morning continental breakfast.

Our suite was really nice - we decided with some minor changes to the layout it would make a perfect one bedroom flat. Despite having a cold I slept really well both nights, my room was neither too hot nor too cold. The kitchen was really nice, but there is only a microwave for cooking. The bathroom was quite big, with plenty of space for two girls applying makeup - though the lighting wasn't great. I would stay here again.

Room Tip: I think we were in Suite 12. Our room was right at the back overlooking the vines and was lovely an...

What a great hotel - very modern and spacious in amongst the vineyards and a bike ride away from many top NZ wineries. Fabulous scenery and great value for money. We brought our own bikes, otherwise they can hire for $25 a day. Bottle of bubbles thrown in too! Will be back :)
