Located in a very quiet cul-de-sac (no exit) but only a few minutes walk to Riccarton shopping mall with many cafes and eateries. Hagley Park is within walking distance, as is the unique and ancient Riccarton Bush. Our en-suite room had a very modern shower room and the most comfortable bed. The breakfasts are substantial with fruit, yoghurt, toast, cereal, blueberry pancakes ( even souffle omelette). Betty is so friendly, helpful and generous. The afternoon we arrived she made sandwiches and tea, and another afternoon she had prepared home baked cakes! It was so relaxing, it was a great start and finish to our holiday. Excellent value for money and would not hesitate in staying there again.
