Me and my work mates went there for lunch and have limited time. the place is nice and clean. You can pre order your food, which is a big big mistake, as my pasta comes out cold, feel like sending it back to microwave but don't like to make a fuss. Half of my bowl is half peas full. I know there will be peas on it but didn't realise that half of the bowl. Very disappointed its pricey as welI. I suppose you are paying for the place and not the food. It's a pity there's not much cafe around that area as there are so many offices move in after the earthquake.

Had a working lunch with 3 businessmen. Food was really nice - good selection for lunch. Had to read it off a blackboard though - not that easy to read. Quiet location and doesn't have a street frontage - you walk through the shop to the cafe although you can come through a back entrance. Food was probably on higher priced side although not offensive.

Service was excellent. Glad we went there.

We were a table of 4 for Saturday lunch. There is a lovely garden area outside but it was a hot day and we chose an inside table in the shade. We had all been here before several times. Nothing had changed very much, meaning that this remains a solid choice which I rate above average "good" but not yet up to being "very good". The breakfast menu runs through to early afternoon, and the lunch menu begins late morning, so there was plenty of choice. The one dish from breakfast, an omelette, was voted as very good although the accompanying toast was not quite as expected. The three lunch dishes were all voted average, except the chips which were as always very good. That said, all plates were finished happily with little food remaining. We did not stay for coffee or dessert. Service was friendly and prompt, with an offer to refill the water bottle gratefully accepted. The prices here are on the high side, so perhaps a bit more quality and flair in the food might be hoped for - some items appeared not to have been made on the premises. Nonetheless this is a comfortable environment with meals that certainly are not disappointing. Worth a visit. We will be back again. Plenty of free parking onsite, and the clothing store area to browse after dining. Proximity to the airport makes the cafe a good place to meet up with people in transit. Does not do dinner.

We had a lovely brunch/lunch here recently. The food was great, although some choices were on the expensive side. There was no problem with the service, gluten free was easily catered for. The coffees were lukewarm, but they happily took them back and replaced them. A nice environment to eat in, especially outside on a warm day. Good range of choice on the menu and cabinet sweets.

Nice cafe in an otherwise quite industrial part of Christchurch. I had a meeting and was taken there by a local. It was busy I was impressed by the coffee, which was also well priced and the service was very good.
