It is marked as a track with a 20 minute walk down and 40 minute walk back. The views on the way down are impressive, with a massive natural arch in what is presumably some sort of sandstone. The final descent to the beach is through a tunnel carved through rock - quite impressive really. The beach is modest. The walk back up is tough but does not take the 40 minutes suggested.
