Olveston house is great place to visit. It's much better than Larnach Castle. The guide was very helpful and explanatory. I will recommend everyone to visit this lovely house.

Amazing home in stunning surrounds. Loved the tour and stories that fill the home, all the collected knick-knacks over centuries old and the attention to detail that seems to be lost in modern living. Stoked I made the effort to go.

This tour was absolutely wonderful. We were taken back in time and could feel the atmosphere that must have been in the kitchen. The Butlers pantry was a room to die for - oh how wonderful it would be to experience a formal meal with all the trimmings of bygone days.

Another age is presented in this unique house. Modern inventions for the time, make this a unique look at, filtered water, central heating system electricity off a gas generator but a few of the builder/owners personal mark in history. A house drawn in England built in NZ by a Jewish businessman making his mark amongst his peers, well worth the entrance fee. And don't forget the grounds.

Second time I've visited and have thoroughly enjoyed it both times. Appreciated a more in depth scrutiny on second visit.
