Euro 315 is tucked away from the main street, entrance is down a driveway, but I agree with a previous reviewer that it is definitely a hidden gem! Charlie & his team are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are fantastic- everything in there is new and clean and in good working order. The kitchenette allows you to prepare some of your own meals, which is handy as the New World is easily within walking distance, however if eating out takes your fancy there are also plenty of great and reasonably priced eateries nearby! The Euro also has quite possibly the biggest range of Sky TV channels I've seen at a hotel in NZ and it's nice to have a lounge and coffee table which you wouldn't get at a motel-style accomm. The beds are the best- sooo comfortable and warm! I also love the heated floors in the bathroom, though shower doesn't have a door and it just open, so the bathroom tended to get somewhat flooded every time I used the shower. Have stayed here a few times in Dunedin and have never been disappointed!

315 Euro must be the best kept secret in Dunedin. The rooms look brand new; everything is immaculate. Our room was huge with a very comfortable king bed and a large sitting area as well as a kitchenette. The location is in the heart of downtown Dunedin only a short walk from the Octagon, but since it is off the street, it is very quiet. Restaurants abound only a few steps away. It is a bit hard to find as it doesn't front on the street. We had to park our car and walk to find it as the lobby and entrance are down a little alley. The staff was most friendly and helpful. For all this you pay a very reasonable price. I can't sing its praises enough.

Fantastic motel, I've travelled to Dunedin regularly and Ive finally found the absolute best. The rooms are spacious, very clean and beautifully appointed. Bathrooms exceptional. Thank you 315 Euro, your the best. Thank you to Raewyn who should teach other hotel/motel staff how to be the best operator. Friendly, so friendly. What a great place.

An older motel that has been renovated. The sounds from the units above were quite loud. (Walking around on creaking boards) Well appointed rooms. Very limited parking only 8 places. Great location in the city. Wouldn't go back there.

Can put two beds in the living room, ideal for family. Great location. Big surprise and best motel on the trip.

From the outside this looked just like any motel but the rooms were superb; large, clean, beautiful modern design and large balconies over quiet courtyard, great TV with all Sky channels, fluffy bathrobes, great power showers. This was a very pleasant luxurious experience in the centre of Dunedin for a very reasonable price; staff at reception were also very friendly. Go stay!

With a 1 block walk to almost anywhere in the CBD this is the motel for location in Dunedin.
Beautiful rooms and great soundproofing, security and serivce makes this a top choice for me in Dunedin and I stay there every 6 weeks for Business and have not found an allround better place.
The only flaws are an open shower (so leave a rolled towel on the ground to stop water running everywhere) and a slippery when whet entrance. Beyond that this place is impeccable especially with the free broadband on offer make it a economical option allround.
