Staff was most friendly. Owner Karen turned us on to the local truck museum (273 mainly vintage trucks but some cars as well). That was a real find. Our unit was very clean and quiet. There were only two showers in the nearby shower/wash room. When we were there it wasn't a problem being able to use them when needed.

Hi Guys, so glad you enjoyed the Truck Museum:) We only open the number of showers we need for the people booked in each evening, as it was a quiet evening we only needed two. There are another two showers at the block where you stayed and a second shower/ toilet block up at The Stable block has three of each too! I hope the rest of your time in NZ went well, Merry Xmas and Happy New Year, kind regards Karen

A lovely place to stay. Just a little bit far from downtown. The host is very friendly. The public place is very clean. Everything is stay new. And the morning we could feed the lovely animals, which made the place more wonderful.

Room Tip: Rooms with ensuite will be better. Because the toilet is outside the room. It's very code to go...

A lovely place to stay... Not too far from Invercargill, but far enough to feel you're in the countryside! Comfortable bed, friendly hosts and cute farm animals to help feed in the morning! A bonus for us was that pets are permitted in the grounds, and our dog was able to sleep in our car right outside our unit, I think he was pretty happy - as were we!

A lovely little park, owners absolutely lovely and welcoming, sheep and goats all around. Bought some fresh eggs in the morning that were great. A little too far out of town and not sure if 3 showers are enough. Having said that, if passing through we would definitely stay there again. Not perfect, just very good.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to review our park, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay.

Just to clarify for you, we have three separate toilet/shower blocks, with a total of 7 showers & 7 toilets & one urinal available for those using shared facilities. Like all holiday parks we only open the number of these we need for the number of quest staying each night, or as you can imagine, we might have four people using eight showers:)

While doing our trip around South Island, we've stayed at various places. Invercargill kiwi Holiday park was one of the best places we stayed at. The rooms were great, the barn was amazing. Everything looked clean and new. Washing was $3 and the dryer was $1 per 15 mins, I thought this was a bit much and more drying time was needed to fully dry our clothes (putting it out on the line was not an option as it was raining). Feeding the animals in the morning was awesome. Location is a bit far out of Invercargill but it was a nice change to be away from the usual city/road noises.

This is the best holiday park I've stayed in nz. The host are very kind. We even had chance to feed the alpaca, they are so cute. The lounge was also one of the highlights here, so comfy that we don't feel like leaving.

Room Tip: Any room would be nice, as you will be hanging around the lounge

We had a lovely time at this park. We only stayed one night with a campervan, but the owners are very nice, the new area with the kitchen is amazing and the lamb feeding in the morning was something new for us and we really enjoyed it. I will definitely recommend it !!
