Very nice accommodation. One-bedroom suite with well-equipped kitchen. Easy walk to downtown and grocery store. I did not use the washing machine, but chose to go to the laundromat just down the road and do it all at once. Nice feature, though, for smaller loads. Super helpful owners. We enjoyed eating at the table on the balcony with nice views.

We stayed in the one bedroom apartment recently on an overnight visit to Queenstown. We were very impressed with the facilities in our apartment - everything was well maintained and beautifully clean. We had everything we needed and Jan and Wayne went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

We would definitely stay again - it is also very close to the town centre and all of Queenstown's attractions.

We had a one-bedroom flat but there wasn't even a table in the living room in order to have a meal sitting in front of a table. The bedroom has hardly any light since it has only a very small window facing the outside wall.

Real lacl of comfort

My husband and I stayed checked into a one-bedroom apartment on the recommendations of i-SITE. We were so comfortable in our unit that we extended our stay from 2 nights to 4 nights. The unit was very well equipped with everything we needed and then some. It also came with a washing machine/dryer which was exactly what we needed after almost a week on the road.

Location is good, less than 5 minutes walk on a flat road into the town center. We also had a good view of the mountains and gondolas from the balcony. There was a bit of noise from the traffic but as the bedroom was at the back, it didn't bother us at all.

The apartment was also very clean. Couldn't find a single dirty spot. We noticed that after the occupants check out, the management would leave all the doors open to air the unit thoroughly, so you won't find any lingering smells from the previous occupants.

Housekeeping was not included but they did change the towels and empty the bins everyday. When we ran out of toiletries and coffee on our last day, we asked one of the managers, Wayne, and he came back with a whole armful and asked if it was enough, LOL. Such generosity.

Lastly, we want to thank the managers, Wayne and Jen, for making our stay there so enjoyable. They were extremely nice and helpful and seemed genuinely concerned that we should have a good time in Queenstown.

We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if we returned to Queenstown.

Booked apartment for 2 nights through the Queenstown i-Site, as they were offering a good deal. On arrival, the manager was very friendly and helpful, and gave a full run-down on how to operate the washer/dryer which was much appreciated. Great views down across the main part of the town and of the lake, gondola etc. Only 5 minutes walk to supermarket & 5 minutes the other way into town. Unit was lovely and clean and although on a main road, as the bedroom is situated at the back, the traffic noise was reduced. Lovely place to stay, would love to stay there another time!

Self Contained Apartment which overlooked the Gondola and Partial lake views Plenty of Mountains though. 5 min walk to central shops. Bus Stop out the front to take you to Coronet Peak. Wayne and Jan Were great nothing was a problem when we were sorting out a few travel problems. The rooms were comfortable and heating worked well. Kitchen was modern and well equipped. 2 min each way to a supermarket. Bed was good although we normally sleep in a water bed so we always struggle in this department. Nice Balcony to sit out on in the warmer weather. We would go back here no problem.
