First, let me say that Queenstown is an amazing city so I would encourage tourists researching their trip to consider spending about two to three days here. Our hosts were very kind and our room was very modern, comfortable, and stylish.

We were facing the street and we had some people that were noisy until fairly late and you can hear the vehicle traffic on the street side. So I would encourage people to try and get the rooms on the side facing the lovely rugby field.

The lady that checked us out was kind enough to give my girlfriend some of the lovely hair conditioner. She was very sweet to do that for us. They also allowed us to have a late checkout. This hotel was the most expensive we stayed at in New Zealand but this is to be somewhat expected because Queenstown is really an amazing city with fantastic activities and restaurants.

We chose this hotel after looking at TA reviews and hoping for a good position in relation to the town, larger than average rooms and comfort. We would usually choose an apartment.
This is a most attractive boutique hotel. The service is outstanding from Donna, Ruggi and the team. We were given early check in and late check out which was much appreciated,, excellent advice about activities, and generally nothing was too much trouble. However, the service was not at all intrusive.
We liked the evening cocktail and canape hour very much. Donna organized a massage for me which was excellent and reasonable in price-would definitely recommend.

Our room ( number 8) was much larger than average, had a couch and chairs and opened on to a sunny pleasant courtyard. It was a pleasure to go back to the hotel for a rest. Rooms also contain a small but very efficient kitchenette with a microwave, hob etc allowing simple meals to be prepared. The room had modern but rather dim lighting and in this style of room, wardrope space was sparse. Bedding was good and athough the hotel is on a fairly busy road, we did not hear any significant street noise at night.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Well done Donna and team.

What a great place to stay! Staff were fantastic. Helpful in every sense. The canape and wine hour in the evening is a lovely idea and a perfect opportunity to relax and chat with other guests. The breakfast was unbelieveable. Free parking is located under the hotel for guests. The rooms are decorated well with a trendy decor - black and white. Highly recommend this hotel as well as Queenstown generally!

Queenstown is maybe too a tourism town: but it's not my subject here. If you want stay there you can find anything but try to choose one of the gem: quuenstown park hotel. By defintion a boutique hotel (small, design, relaxed but with high standards). The rooms are nice, bright, modern, tatsefully decorated. The parking is free. You are staying in the center of the town. You are staying in a relaxed ambiance far from the ambiance of the 5star hotel (but you are staying in a nearly 5 stars accomodation) and far from the home feeling of a BB. The personnal is really nice and available. Why look an other place? Maybe a small bad point: the breakfast area: too simple, and a food not with the same level....To be upgraded

My husband and I stayed at this hotel recently for two nights.Everything about it was fabulous.
The rooms are very chic ( black & white decor ) and very well laid out. There is a small kitchenette with hobs, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. so you can prepare an easy meal in your room.We purchased lovely food from the Mediterranean Market 5 mins down the road. The room is large and features a very comfy super king bed, electric blinds and the shower in the bathroom has glass above,so it is like showering outside.
The staff are very helpfull and friendly and every evening they have complimentary drinks and canapes
It is across the park to town so is very central and very close to the Gondola.
Our room had a Gondola view but we had a peek at the Remarkable View room and these were even more fabulous.
When we go back will definitely stay here again

We stayed 2 nights in room 15 at the end of our 3-week trip to NZ. We could not have chosen a better place to end our trip.

We loved the architecture of the building and room, the service and the invitation to get together with other guests for a pre dinner cocktail. We ended up meeting a very nice couple and exchanging about our experience in NZ.

If you are looking for a very stylish, intimate place at reasonable price, this is the place to go.

Stayed at this property with my girlfriend to celebrate our anniversary. We were booked into a Gondola Room and it was great. When we arrived we were met by Koto, the wonderful "do-it-all" member of staff. She greeted us, checked us in, took us to our rooms, and then later on we met her again serving the pre-dinner drinks and canapes. Her service was excellent and she made us feel very welcome.

The room itself was wonderful. Great use of space to make a small area seem so light and airy. The bathroom has a big glass wall, and a great big skylight right above the shower making it really light as well. Very modern and tidy, yet comfortable and inviting as well. The only thing to note (and this was completely our fault) close your windows at night as if it is a busy night in town there will be a few cheery people heading back to their own places and they can be quite loud as they walk past. Other then that we had a great night away, and look forward to returning.
