Stayed 3 nites. Excellent service, clean rooms, excellent helpful staff. close enough to town but also far enough away. Would truly recommend to anyone visiting Queenstown. Modern motif. The gondola view rooms offer great views of gondola and jumpers from the peak.

Great way to begin a New Zealand trip. Flew into Queenstown and was warmly greeted by the great staff at QPH. We enjoyed everything from the happy hour, helpful service and delicious breakfast. Location is just enough off the path to feel away from the hustle of downtown, but close enough to stroll to dinner in several minutes. Small and welcoming, perfect touches!

Room Tip: Most rooms face a street...pay extra for the park facing rooms. Quiet and stunning views of the Rem...

Stayed 4 nights in remarkables room and what a view. Over looks park with mountains as back drop.
Room: Very modern furnishings with floor to ceiling windows. Small kitchenette; wonderful soaking tub and toilet in separate room.
Service: outstanding. Check in was informative and seem less. Relied upon staff to help with local bookings and questions. They checked Internet on some of my follow up questions and offered some local options. Cooked to order breakfast was good.
Evening appetizer hour: enjoyed wine and meeting other guests to share information and travel ideas. Staff did good job mingling and introducing.
It's at base of gondola and 5 minute walk to wharf. Would highly recommend.

We stayed for two nights over Easter and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Confirming what other reviewers have detailed, the location is ideal for an easy 5 minute stroll into the heart of Town, the service is exceptional, and the eclectic décor is chic and comfortable.
We had an upper floor Gondola room facing Robin’s road which has views up the hillside to the Gondola cable cars. The only criticism we had was being woken by late night revelers walking along the street, and the early morning traffic noise. This was a small inconvenience, however for those who relish a good uninterrupted night’s sleep, the Remarkables rooms overlook a park, away from the street noise, and the lower level Gondola rooms have a sunken courtyard that might limit acoustic disturbance.

Room Tip: Remarkables rooms are quieter.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights for our Queenstown Honeymoon in Feb this year. After quite a bit of research, we were glad we chose the QP Hotel.
The location was perfect for us: 5-10 mins walk to downtown and the lake.
We loved our stay at this boutique hotel. Everyone is super friendly, attentive, personable and knowledgeable. Rooms are lovely, bright and airy.
We were recommended various day activities and restaurants by Francesco and Karen, all of which were great and we enjoyed them all.
Canape and Wine hour is great esp to meet other guests and get started for your evening.
Good breakfast too.

A fantastic hotel, we will definitely come back! Highly recommended!

Hotel and the rooms have a very nice design, rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Bathroom (not the toilet :) has a glass ceiling, nice feature.

Service was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel serves wine/beer and canapes every everning from 6-7 pm, and hotel staff are there to help with (dinner) recommendations and reservations. Do try the a la carte breakfast, it was delicious, best we had that week.

Free parking is provided and hotel is a 5 min walk to the centre of Queenstown.
