Like the reviewer below this one, we also thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Chico's. We had gone from place to place looking for somewhere that would take the six of us and a baby buggy. We thought at 6pm we'd be one of the early diners but every place was already very full.
We were also accosted by the lovely Irish employee who was sure he'd find a table for us in the upstairs restaurant. Sure enough he bounded back down the stairs with the welcome news that there was a table by the fire awaiting us. He even helped carry the buggy up the stairs!
Our table was large enough to fit us all with comfortable elbow room and the buggy was tucked beside so that it didn't inconvenience other diners. The place was very full yet it still seemed spacious and relaxing.
Our meals were delicious, best steak I've had in a long time. Only disappointment was that the Chilli Prawn Linguine had already run out but there were other things on the menu that looked as good.
Price wise it was very easy on the pocket considering how many of us there were. $230 for 6 mains, 3 desserts, bottle of Church Road Cab Sav, glass of white wine, and 2 kids fizzy's. Not bad at all!
Beautiful food, great place to eat and very welcoming and attentive staff. We were completely satisfied with Chico's and would definitely return.
