Fiona and Phil are great hosts and have a couple beautiful little cabins with full kitchens and bbq on the porch. We were able to prepare our own meals every night outdoors and loved the hospitality. Each cabin had it's own laundry as well. We originally booked just two nights, added another while we were there and wished for more time for at least another night. Te Anau was a beautiful place and you should plan to spend several days between it and Fiordland. Phil did a sheep shearing demonstration for us which was very interesting. Fiona had fresh banana bread waiting for us and they also provided us with some NZ Mutton/Venison burgers that were wonderful. Would highly recommend staying here and will stay again on our next trip to New Zealand.
