Wow- what a lovely B & B! Rodger & Wendy are so friendly, and the B & B is beautiful. They were really helpful with rec's for things to do and restaurants. Also, the breakfast was lovely, and the cookies in the afternoon were great. The rooms have a beautiful view, everything was immaculate, and the beds and linens are lovely- we did not want to leave! I would definitely stay there again!

Room Tip: All the rooms are great- the view is amazing!

We arrived here after a busy schedule and it was the perfect haven. Immaculate accommodation, spectacular views of the lake and mountains, delicious breakfasts and Wendy's wonderful treats too! It's a great location for exploring the area by day trips, local restaurants are a few minutes away and Wendy and Roger are lovely hosts. Highly recommended.

Wendy and Roger were the perfect hosts at this small B&B that looks and feels like new.
From the moment we arrived everything was perfect from the room overlooking the lake and mountains to the breakfast to the treats at teatime. It is about 5 minute drive from the small downtown area with restaurants. They were generous enough to let us use their washer and we couldn't believe how fast our clothes dried on the line (they do have a dryer).
They also provide free wifi and were super helpful with any questions we or the other guest had.

Room Tip: The 4 rooms are the same; all the same great view.

Wendy and Roger are wonderful and gracious hosts-you’ll love staying here. The B&B is a little bit outside of the town, but you’ll love the tranquility of their home. The rooms face the lake and have a spectacular view. Each room also has patio doors that open out to a small seating area – perfect for your evening glass of wine. Breakfast the next day by Wendy was delicious. She makes the most wonderful muffins. Next to the basket of muffins are small paper bags for you to use, just in case you decide to bring them along with you to munch on during the day. Roger is also a wonderful source of information. Before we checked out, he provided us with a map of Te Anau/Milford and pointed out areas we should stop at to admire the scenery. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Te Anau, stay here, you won’t regret it.

We spent one night here and cannot recommend it highly enough. The host and hostess were delightful and could not have been more helpful, organising boat trips, dinner reservation etc. The room was spotless and very well equipped. The breakfast was great. Definitely recommend.
