While the meals are very nice and great value, it appeared as though the first staff member to serve me for dinner was very new to the business. My wife and I were originally offered a menu at the counter and asked what we wanted to order despite asking for a table for two. This was quickly fixed, however, when another staff member arrived from the kitchen and asked us to choose any table we liked and that he would be over very shortly.
The food, as mentioned above, was great value and very tasty although the kitchen seems to have a love affair with cardamom. The mango laasi order arrived with large pieces of ground cardamom quite visible in it and the lamb korma also had a very strong flavour of cardamom. Toned down a little, both would have been much better but the cardamom just overwhelmed the rest of the dish.
