Do not go to the West Coast of the South Island of NZ without having lunch at this amazing restaurant. We arranged an off the menu whitebait soufflé with the chef (Neil) the day before, I have literally never tasted whitebait as good as Neil's whitebait soufflé. He does a great tempura white bait as well. We had that as an entrée. Love the staff too!
