The staff member in charge abruptly told me several times to get a seat while I was just looking at the menu at the counter as there wasn't ond in the window - I wasn't asking anything, just making sure the food was suitable for my family! The other staff were much more friendly.
Eventually we took our seats. Coffees, hot choc and chai were fine. Meals came together. Despite the appealing range on offer, our meals were pretty poor. Spaghetti bolognaise was watery and tasteless, lasagne was plain and so hard on the top that I struggled to cut it (it was the end piece). No bechamel in sight. Best one was carbonara - creamy and plenty of bacon.
Bill was $67. Could do better in a busy strip.
On the plus side, they had a toilet that customers didn't have to go outside for.
