Lounge room was cold, heating had to be turned on manually. First in experienced a cold room. Seating in lounge was not at all comfortable with an old saggy couch that needs replacing.
An Aussie continental breakfast was provided and for the accommodation price we would have expected a cooked breakfast. This was available for an extra cost.
We were not informed that there was inhouse information available on the area and only noticed this when paying bill at office.
One of the reason for our experience was that only one person was available to run b and b, the other being away.
