Stayed here for a night with our family before visiting the zoo and would recommend to anyone thumbs up from us. There was no noise from the road plenty of space for us all and the staff were very friendly.

If you are looking for budget accommodation you found it. Our room smelt like it hadnt been opened in days and the fridge in our room ran noisy all night.
You get what you pay for. The positive being on a main road its suprisingly quite.

So sorry you had a bad experience. I can't say that I agree with 'our rooms stink'. Thats a bit harsh. However, it indicates that you had a less than pleasant time during your stay. I invite you to return and give us the opportunity to change your view.

Very comfortable motel room - queen bed + single; liked the lounge, table with 3 chairs, microwave, wine glasses, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Was opposite a number of takeaways - very convenient. On main road, but could barely hear any noise. Pool was too cold to use, but looked inviting. If you are looking for a modern, white sheet and towel motel then this is not it - but if you are looking for a comfortable, value for money stay then I would recommend. Although the room was dated, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the cooked breakfast delicious, austar appreciated, and service friendly and helpful. Stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every one.

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night in March before spending the day at the Dubbo Zoo. The room was a very good size and clean. Maybe it is a bit dated, but it was clean and comfortable and that is what counts.
It is very close to the local RSL Club (very good dinner) and we were not troubled by any noise at night despite the motel being on a main road.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
I would definitely recommend this motel for a 1 night stay.

We are continually working to improve the property. Glad you found it comfortable and that we met your needs for an overnight stop. Hope to see you again!

Beautifully landscaped pool, but dirty and right on a main street with no privacy. Looked as it it hadn't been treated or vacuumed for at least a week, a fellow came out to turn the filter on while we were swimming and later that afternoon we were told not to use it the next morning "because it's being cleaned". Room just your average budget hotel. Service was dreadful. The cleaner came in without knocking on our first morning there, waking us all up after longhaul travel the day before. We asked about ordering breakfast for the next day and were told that "there won't be ANY service, it's Christmas Day." How rude of us to expect breakfast while staying at a motel. Then on Christmas Day the same woman woke us up at 6 am! She barged in without knocking - "oh I couldn't see the car so I thought you'd already gone." There is no shortage of inexpensive motels in Dubbo, don't bother with this one.

Room Tip: Stay somewhere else.
