It's on the main street so it's great for access to everything in town. The rooms are quite large for a motel and they've had a go at modernising them but the yellow toilet and shower basin are obviously original and probably from the sixties. However it was spotlessly clean. It was also very quite given it was a large place but that may have been the incredibly loud air conditioner drowning out every other sound. It was ridiculously noisy. Still we'd stay there again; clean and central trumps a noisy ac and old toilet bowl every time....

In the heart of the city, close to shops, restaurants and everything you need. Accommodation is nice and clean with an olden-style appeal. Was a little noise from the pub across the road and it was hot but there was no air-con or fan. Otherwise it was a decent nights sleep for a cheap price.

Right in the middle of town, this motel is clean and the bed is comfortable though furniture needs updating. Bathroom very old and needed air fan. Noisy at night and would be a problem if your a light sleeper.
Location is great if you want to shop or eat out.

The room was small but there was everything we needed for an overnight stay. I loved the original 1960s tiles in the bathroom, especially the lozenge-shaped ones on the floor. The water pressure in the shower was good.

This is not resort accommodation for daytime relaxation. It's a clean, functional place to sleep and wash. If you want a motel with more recent colour schemes or a lot of space, go elsewhere. I prefer to save money. I noticed that the two chairs in our room had 1960s wooden frames with new upholstery. I appreciated this effort to reduce/reuse/recycle/whatever.

Elderly people may have trouble climbing over the step into the shower recess, as it's higher than most.

Convenient place to stay, right in the heart of Goulburn. Basic clean rooms, a bit dated, comfortable bed/s. Staff a great and a wonderful Italian Restaurant on the premises. Breakfast is very basic but enjoyable.
