My partner and I stayed for my surprise birthday getaway mid October. From the minute we arrived we were blown away, such beautiful surroundings, premium service and mind blowing accommodation. Everything you could wish for has been thought of and more... I was spoilt with a breakfast breakfast and a
magical night away. We will definitely be back. Thanks guys, Chloe & Dave

We were escorted down to our accommodation and were thrilled with the quality of it. With the exquisite kitchen, leather lounge and modern conveniences it was amazing. However it was the attention to detail that was best. There were beautiful little toiletries, fresh flowers, chocolates and wine. There were marshmallows for your hot chocolate, a coffee machine, magazines to read - everything you could possibly want. Even peace and quiet. Our breakfast was left in the fridge, and fresh muffins & biscuits were brought daily. There are huge TV's with surround sound that satisfy the male 'urge' (not that we watched much) and an ipad so you can research your daily outings to wineries etc. You are surrounded by glass yet have the privacy to dress how you please knowing that you are isolated away from others. The spa outside is beautiful. Very relaxing with a drink in the hand. We were delighted to be visited by a goanna (not sure how they arranged that) proving that we really were in the bush. It is located only 10 minutes from the Hunter Valley Gardens (which we highly recommend - make sure you take your camera) and has lots of great wineries close by.
It was a truly lovely celebration for our 25th Wedding Anniversary and a place we highly recommend.
Garry & Carol

Room Tip: Take a 'blow up' pillow for the spa - you will probably spend a bit of time in there.

Hi Garry and Carol
We just wanted to thank both of you for staying with us at Deja Vu and posting your wonderful review. You both obviously put a lot of time and thought into it and we are extremely grateful.
Your attention to detail is wonderful. We are pleased that you appreciated the privacy as that is one of the most important things to us. It was not the easiest to achieve thanks to council - but lets not go there!! Congratulations on 25 years of wedded bliss and we look forward to seeing you again at Deja Vu, maybe for your 26th.
Kind Regards
Jillian and Brent

We stayed at Deja vu Estate for our 2yr anniversary, and my fiancé could not have chosen a more perfect place for a proposal. My fiancé loved the ipad and Bose surround as this aided in his proposal, and the large outdoor spa and indoor bath added to the luxury of the weekend – sitting on the deck and in the spa drinking the bottle of bubbles included in the package, was heaven. The villas are spacious, luxurious, well appointed but homely. We made full use of the both decks and the BBQ – cooking up the delicious breakfast supplies that Gillian stocked the villa with. The fresh baked bread, muffins and cookies were delicious, and they even provided great gluten free options for myself. It is the little touches like this that made this place unforgettable, and the bets place I have ever stayed both in Australia and internationally. It was so lovely that we spent both nights and days in the villa enjoying that it, and the property has to offer. I have recommended this place to many people and we plan to return in 2014 for our wedding weekend. Danielle & Richard

Hi Danielle and Richard
Firstly and most importantly, congratulations on your engagement, we're so happy you chose Deja Vu Estate for your celebration. Thank you very much for your review and recommendations, we really do appreciate them. Word of mouth is the best and most important advertising for any business but especially a small business. We're glad you liked all the little touches, we plan to add a couple more so when you return on your wedding weekend lookout for a few surprises.
Thanks again and we look forward to seeing you on your special weekend in 2014.
Kind Regards
Jillian and Brent

I would like to say this place is the best i've ever been to where the hospitality is excellent! So much to do and beautiful things to see. It was a very relaxing atmosphere with the double sided fire place, spa bath, jacuzzi even included was an Ipad. Felt like we were at home and thank you so much Jillian & Brent. Best place for couples to get away from the big city. Anthony & Sharon

My husband and i spent 2 relaxing and romantic nights here on the 23-25 september 2013 for our 5 year wedding anniversary. This amazing place was everything we dreamed of and more. leaving out 3 little girls behind and coming to this child free, quiet, secluded villa was absolute bliss. who wants to get away for a few days and go somewhere to hear someone elses kids? not me!! the villa itself is luxurious and fitted with the highest quilty of everything!! Jillian and Brent have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and unforgetable. The breakfast selection was divine! freshly baked muffins and cookies DAILY! free range eggs, bacon, tomato, mushrooms, and the bread oh my god! you have got to have the butter and the strawberry marmalade on the loaf of bread it was really something else! Milk, juice and ofcourse the sparkling bottle of deja vu estate wine! amazing! eating breakfast on that balcony was amazing. just you and your significant other taking in the beautiful scenic backyard with roos hopping around. the outdoor jacuzi was something that i have to admit was stressing me out before we arrived because i thought all sorts of critters can get in there but i was so happy and excited to see that the jacuzi was constantly protected with a cover which only came off while we were using it. Not only did it keep it super clean but also kept the water nice and warm!
I really cannot find anything negative to say about this beutiful place. my husband and i cannot wait to return next year for our wedding anniversary again. we loved everything about our stay. jillian and brent are just lovely people who take the time to talk to you like you have known them forever.
Jillian - goodluck with the sopranos and make sure you get started on sons of anarchy too!

thank you guys very much for our amazing anniversary. take care and see you next year :)
