A small restaurant seating 30 max diners with a small selection of entrees (4) mains (4) puddings (4) & fromage (1) using produce available in season. The proscuitto was sliced to order for the entree & the lamb was cooked & rested to perfection for the main. The big surprise was the cheese course. A brilliant & generous portion of truffled washed rind brie for only $10.00!! (I went next door to the Smelly Cheese Shop after lunch & saw the exact cheese for $21.50 and a smaller portion as what i was served!)
Good service topped of a memerable dining experience with a bit of wow factor.

Having read the 'write-ups' in the local magazines about this new restaurant, we were excited about trying it, despite the couple of poor reviews on Trip Advisor. We were however surprised (and somewhat apprehensive) at how quiet it was on the Friday evening after Christmas (only two other tables occupied). If this was anything to go by, it was not boding well. However, if you have a similar experience, don't be put off by this. Our expectations were exceeded, with beautifully presented dishes (all 3 courses), delicious and innovative flavours and great service. The Chocolate fondant and sorbet were simply divine! Having dined out extensively in the Hunter Valley, we were delighted that we experienced 'Boy-O-Boy' and will definitely dine there again on our next visit. A new little gem in the Hunter, conveniently located, with easy access and parking.

We have eaten many times with Family and treat it as our Local, prices are good, nothing is any trouble to the owners and staff. So clean and everything so fresh. The presentation is awesome.
You will not be disappointed when you visit,

We were lucky to get in without a booking - remember to think ahead! A tiny restaurant in a pretty touristy part of Pokolbin but what a find. Small menu but that means it is all thought thru and freshly cooked. One of those menus where there is nothing you don't want to order. Great food, great service. One for the regular repeat list

Visitors to the Hunter are experiencing ever-increasing charges for food and accomodation in the area with neither the quality nor value to match the price.

The Boy-O-Boy restaurant at the Tempus Two Winery is priced on the high side but at least the food, ambience and service make it worthwhile.Their theme is "Food with a French Twist" and does not disappoint.

Both entrees and mains were meticulously presented and each dish had an innovative selection of flavours. The fish was cooked to perfection as were the steaks.

The highlight of the evening was a chocolate dessert that not only melted in the mouth but put all those who tasted it into 'yummm' utopia. Highly recommended.

The restaurant is in the same complex as the Oishii Japanese and Thai restaurant and access is from both Broke and McDonalds roads. There is plenty of parking available and it is an easy walk for the infirm and elderly.
