Yes, the service was slow but the food was very tasty and the surrounds so pleasant that it didn't matter. We started with the corn bread which was excellent. The gnocchi was too big for one but it was good. The quail and lentil also good. The kids food was a bit basic but very well priced and the chips were excellent. Unfortunately no-one had space for dessert but the list looked very nice. Coffee good and hit the spot after a long drive.
Could have spent a lot of money in the shop but ended up just buying some cheese and spread. Nice too.
