From the time we booked on line to the time we departed the restaurant everything was great. We booked two weeks in advance of the long week-end and we enjoyed a great meal/wine with friends. We had the most amazing meal choices from both the Thai and Japanese menu. "Hope Estate Cracker Red" was the most complimentary wine with the dishes. The Saki was great. Highly recommend for something different in the Hunter. The decor is not extravagant and this is a very, very busy and a little loud, so if you don't like these elements of the restaurant, I would still recommend to try it but to have an early meal there or go on a quieter day. The restaurant was full of patrons from the time we arrived at 6.30pm to the time we left at 9.30pm. It was worth the taxi ride from the hotel.
