The room that were booked for me is huge, aside from it also got a sofa and a 32 inch TV (not sure, but bigger than 21). You got chairs, small fridge, microwave, and other stuff that you will need for more than 3 days of stay. The place also has a small pool and 2 gates, accessible to woongarra street, perfect for those with small trailer. The place is also walking distance to fast food and restaurant.

Room Tip: rooms at the far end is quieter, away from the main road.

Lovely friendly owners, rooms are clean and have everything you need. The queen size bed is so comfy, so many motels have hard uncomfortable beds, but at the Acacia they are just like sleeping on a cloud. Best to try and get a room toward the back of the complex which lessens the traffic noise from the main road. I would highly reccomend this motel. After staying there for the last 2 nights I'm now staying in another motel at Hervey Bay tonight and the bed is like a brick! Im missing the comfy bed at the Acacia!

Room Tip: Room towards the back of the complex

We (2 couples) stayed here for 1 night in March.
We booked this motel unit because it had 2 bedrooms.
What it didn't have was a door between the 2 rooms, a doorway but no door or even a curtain.
Added to this to go from the main room to the bathroom you had to go through the room containing the twin beds.
The air conditioner was in the bedroom with the twin beds which was not ideal.
If we are ever looking for a 2 bedroomed unit again we will ask questions before booking.

We stayed here only for one night, there is under cover parking right in front of your unit which was good. The unit we had was for 4 people as we were traveling with another couple, it had plenty of room and was very clean and tidy. There was a Queen bed in the main room with two single beds in the other, the only let down was there was no door between the two rooms, plus you had to go through that room to get to the bathroom off to the side, not well thought out! the bed was good, and one had a good kip. nice and quiet as we were away from the main street.
