This is a great place for the kids (and big kids), shame about some of the poorly trained (or underpaid) staff. We spent $100 on 2 children for 100 minutes each to use on games and rides. After 20 minutes the now very upset kids said most of the games weren't working. We asked the staff member that we paid to enter who then told us that only some of the rides and games could be used with the card, a fact she forgot to mention when paying for them, the kids buy now had used 30 minutes each and played 1 game.
After explaining the obvious issue to the staff member she finally decided to issue another 100 minute card each for the trouble.
Note to management: Train your staff better, what you don't pay them in a decent wage could at least go towards better training as they are the face of your business.
