“Such A Beautiful Little Seaside Town”
Reviewed 25 August 2014

Next time I come to Adelaide I want to stay here infront of the beach. I loved Glenelg it is beautiful and I loved sitting on the chair in the park right infront of the ocean. So sunny and relaxing.

Because we are big kids we went to the beach house which is cool too.

“Feel the breeze”
Reviewed 16 August 2014

It's a very refreshing walk to the end of the pier. The air is as crisp and clean as you will find anywhere in Australia, blowing off the Southern Ocean. Fine views back to Glenelg and along the beach in both directions. Quite a few other strollers plus fishermen trying their luck. Its close to half a km round trip. Invigorating.

“Nice day at the beach”
Reviewed 9 August 2014

Not the best beach in Australia, but it's certainly worth a visit when you are in Adelaide.
Nice long stretch of sand, clear water too. You can watch airplanes landing.
A few restaurants to choose too.

“Glenelg Pier”

Lovely even in the cold weather. Nice long pier with lots of activity. Fisherman and walkers all seemed to enjoy it.

“Brilliant performers - but same every day!”
Reviewed 22 July 2014

If you are heading to Glenelg for the single evening, then the Pier is a beautiful place to watch the sun go down, and watch the performers.

Having stayed in Glenelg for two weeks, it was a bit samey, as the acts didn't change, but it was still a lovely place to visit. Worth a look.
