Great hotel staff. Couldn't do more for us. Very helpful & nothing was a bother to them. Great interconnecting rooms - 1 for my husband and I & 1 for our two sons (12 & 16). Great large main bathroom with washer & dryer. Well equipped kitchen, but the carpet was worn in several places. Close to the main shopping mall & lots of restaurants close by. Only bad point is that the apartments are quite near to Launceston's clock tower which rings out every 15 minutes. Not sure why it needs to chime throughout the night. Would not stay here again on due to the clock tower.
