Great hotel, really friendly staff. Room was immaculate clean very comfortable bed . And quiet.

Bathroom was good as it has a separate toilet.
Restaurant was very nice for breakfast but unfortunately was closed for dinner
Would highly recommend

Thankyou Dangle7 for your feedback.
We place a very high empasis on the cleanliness and condition of our rooms. I am very happy you noticed this and I will pass your comments on to our housekeeping service team. I know this will serve as a real form of encouragement for the team who is always behind the scenes.

About

Stay: One night
Guests: 2
Room: 1 bedroom deluxe

Positives:

Check in/out: Quick and easy. Appreciated the bottles of water as an Accor member.
Room: Standard sized one bedroom apartment. Comfortable couch and the main room was well laid out. The bedroom layout was hit and miss – being able to open the doors directly into the lounge room was great, but not having a fully enclosed bedroom was a little weird.
Bathroom: Good shower flow and comfortable bath.
Sleep quality: Slept incredibly well.

Negatives: Room service dinner was underwhelming and bland. We were going to give breakfast a go but didn’t make it in time.

Overall: Modern apartment hotel that is conveniently located in Launceston.

Thankyou traveloctopus for posting comments on your stay.
I am very happy you enjoyed your stay and the hotels condition and amenities suited your needs.
I do appreciate your feedback on your meals experienced in your room. Apart from the snack items, we do provide the same menu as our restaurant where we have very favourable reviews. I have passed your commets on to our head chef so we can really look at the meals which are served to our guests in their rooms. The quality and consistency should mirror that served in the restaurant and I apologise that on this occasion it did not hit the mark.
I hope you do have the chance to stay again.
Kind Regards

We had 2 fantastic rooms on our visit. Also lucky to get an upgrade. The parking was a bit of a problem with a larger car. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very central. Definitely stay here again

We stay at The Sebel on the recommendation of friends and were only disappointed by one thing. But first we have to praise Rose, Raylene, Gavin and Jayne. We were also impressed when we found out that the guy delivering our breakfast and helping out in restaurant and front desk was the general manager, never in all our years of travelling have we seen that! All of which were wonderful. Check in and out were fast and effortless. The rooms were spotless and meals were great! The only down side to our stay was, a women that was working on the desk one morning ( who we won't name) we felt she pressured us in to joining a locality program and she belittled other staff in front of guests. While she was disappointing we loved the hotel and the rest of the staff, we'll be back for sure, but management should do something about her.

I stayed here in room 106 which was a deluxe 2 bed room apartment. As I travelled with a work colleague we each had a room with a king bed each, our own bathroom and toilet. It was a very large apartment with kitchen and laundry facilities. The beds were the best part as very comfortable.
The staff were amazing, Gavan in particular who attended to us, booking dinner and anything we needed including desert by the fire.
I would recommend and return to this property

Room Tip: I was told if you want a 2br apartment rooms 106 and 206 are the best in the property by staff. We had 180 degree views and a massive balcony.

Thanks samanthajoanne1974 for the feedback posted on your stay.
Our two bedroom aprtments and very spacious and ideal for a family up to four or two people wanting to share the costs but not each others space.
I am very happy the team delivered a level of service which stood out in particular that of gavan. I will pass your comments on to him.
I hope you have the chance to visit again.
