The steak and chicken were beautifully prepared - genuinely one of the best I have eaten anywhere and at a reasonable price. Having ordered steak as medium-rare it was actually served that way for a change - not just medium as you get in almost every other location. Great soft pink steak with virtually no blood to be seen. The Caribbean chicken was perfectly cooked and had a brilliant light but spicy flavor to it.
What was confusing was that virtually nothing in the salad bar would go with the chicken, the items in the salad bar are not really salads, and the salads ran out with a long wait to get more. Personally I would ditch the salad bar in favor of simply serving the right salad with the right meal and lose the tacky 'Sizzler' image this place is better than that. The chef needs to be applauded and allowed to serve a complete meal!
The staff are very young and could do with a little more training and confidence about themselves.
Other than this, it was reasonably good value and enjoyable! Bravo to the chef!!
