Owner description: Sit back, relax and let your tram do all of the talking. Be delighted by the remarkable sights and sounds of Bendigo as your tram shares entertaining stories about the golden past of the city founded on one of the world's richest goldfields. Our heritage fleet of trams are maintained as a living museum for the city of Bendigo. Be sure to explore the Tram Depot Workshops to see more of our museum trams and speciality trades that maintain the trams. This hop-on, hop-off tour stops throughout the city giving you the opportunity to explore many of the parks, attractions, shopping and dining facilities that Bendigo has to offer. Your Vintage Talking Tram Tour ticket also includes the Anzac Centenary Tram which shares the story of Bendigo as it was during World War One. Through stories of bravery, resilience and courage in the face of adversity, the Anzac Centenary Tram explores the impact of WW1 on the local Bendigo community. The Anzac Centenary Tram departs at 10:00am daily from Central Deborah Gold Mine. Your tram ticket is valid for two consecutive days.

“Interesting but a bit overpriced”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 6 June 2014

My Husband and I took this tour to find out more about Bendigo trams, Bendigo and history. We enjoyed the trip although I thought it was a little expensive for what it was. In addition, unfortunately for us, we booked the trip at the information centre and didn't realise there was other attractions on the way that required an entrance fee. Such as the Deborah Mine tours. These tours weren't cheap and if we had brought the tours all at once we would have saved money and seen more.

“Great ride”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 May 2014

This is a great way to move about the city as you can hop on and hop off at various stops to allow you to enjoy the attractions of Bendigo. We just did the 1 hour tram trip with a recorded commentary, without hopping off.
