Recently stayed here for 3 nights in the Luxor room with my partner for his birthday. He was so surprised when he saw the room, it looked amazing! Egyptian theme with a large spa just made you feel like you are in another world. Bed was firm yet we both slept really well. The owner Dennis was more than happy to help with any requests such as a dvd player..with no extra charge. I would have liked cutlery and plates the in room yet not a big issue. One negative was no toilet door as such, only a small wall hiding toilet. But the location is just out of the main street of Echuca so you can walk to shops if feeling energetic, but probsbly best to drive. I loved the room. It was spacious and romantic and really worth the money.

Room Tip: some rooms are bigger than others. choose luxor or romantique or chique if want extra room.

This review if for the Romantique room. It is relaxing, private and well appointed. The circular bed is a total crack up! It's very cool - however a little firm for my tastes. This room is really very large for just two people - it's rather grand. The spa is FANTASTIC! A great little "bar" area if you have brought your own too! One negative is the cheap toilet paper, tissues, shampoo and conditioner. The towels are excellent quality. The location leaves a little to be desired. It's on a main road and traffic noise is audible but not too bad. Overall though, you don't expected this place to be where it is. A normal motel would be more suited to this location. However, once inside, you're immersed in another world - so it makes up for it! The courtyard was baron - a few dying plans and a decent 2 person outdoor setting but not much else. A little bit of TLC here would go a long way. Perhaps a water feature and 5-6 more plants. Overall, I recommend this for couples. The owners were friendly and really happy to help.

We recently stayed here for two nights. We stayed in the Chique room and all the other rooms are also themed. We had a peek into a couple of other rooms and they looked amazing. Dennis, the host, was friendly and easy-going. The hotel is a very short drive into the Port area. It was clean and spacious. Would certainly stay there again!

Room Tip: Chique is at the front of the hotel which is on a busy road. It was a little noisy when sitting outs...

Beuna villa is by far one of the best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed. We have stayed here several times now, dennis and Sharon are so lovely and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Rooms are amazing and it is The perfect atmosphere for relaxation, if you do not want to leave there is no need to. Value for money is an understatement, considering what you pay for a boring room in a larger city area.

We love it here and recommend it to anyone needing a well earned break! Can not speak highly enough of the facilities and wonderful service. Once again, we will be back :)

We stayed 4 nights, the first in the 'Chique' and the next 3 in the 'Luxor'. Can't tell you how incredible this place is - the decor is amazing. We got to have a look at every room as they were vacated over the 4 days and they are all, well - fantasy land! The attention to detail you have to see to believe.

The owners, Dennis and Sharon, were warm, friendly, thoughtful, helpful and easy-going. They stayed quietly in the background, but were there if we needed anything - nothing was too much trouble. Parking was off-street and secure. Even though there were lots of other guests each night we felt we could have been the only people staying there, it was so quiet. It's a labyrinth of corridors, which is interesting in itself and then you walk through a door into a different world.

The spa was wonderful and the bed the most comfortable we have slept on in any accommodation..... and it was huge. We really didn't want to go out! If you want somewhere to stay that is truly unique and special - this is the place. It was absolutely spotless and compared to hotel/motel accommodation, was a bargain.

Thanks Dennis and Sharon for the most memorable time. Peter and Yvonne.

Room Tip: The 'Chique', 'Luxor' and 'Romantique' are the largest rooms (in fact, huge...

Really enjoyed a 3 night stay here - bathrooms and rooms spotlessly clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Spa bath and outside private balcony make this excellent value. I would definitely stay again. Continental brekkie is a great addition as well. Hosts were right balance between helpful and warm but not intrusive. A rare find!

A very well thought out planned and furnished boutique hotel, no noise, very comfortable, our hosts went that little bit extra to make our stay more enjoyable, continental b'fast more than enough, enjoyed on private courtyard to the room in the sun. Will definately return, can highly recommend staying.
