We booked in for a 3 bedrooms apartment which is facing the view of the sea. We stayed for two nights. The bed is so comfortable and warm. The kitchen is modern with a good dish washer. Excellent washing machine and dryer. But the carpet is dirty with stained marked. Parking is easy but you need to be in before 6 p.m. Otherwise you have to park outside the hotel area. The pool and spa was lovely and nice. I would come back and stay here again. Price is reasonable.

Apartments are modern, spacious and very well appointed. Restaurant was only so-so but none of the restaurants in Lakes Entrance were inspiring, we found. Spa and pool looked good although we didn't use them. Location is at the extreme end of the Esplanade, a bit away from the beach, but it's a nice walk through town. Would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Upper floors have the better views

Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor. Carpet in terrible condition, stained and soiled, not even vacuumed properly. Breakfast was another disappointing experience, overpriced and service under-delivered. Staff appeared to be on auto pilot, no warm welcome or goodbye, didn't ask for feedback... I can see why! Clearly overrated as they are lacking the "high standard and service" they boast about on their website. The positives which raise this to an "average" is the location and amenities. Overall not worth the price.

We're a couple spending 2 nights here on a road trip between Canberra and Melbourne. We asked about the spa facilities when we booked but weren't told about the limited service. The spa was closed when we arrived on day 1. The bar and restaurant appeared closed too. The pool area was open but full. We went to the spa early on day 2 but were told that with only 2 staff and a receptionist to accommodate the entire resort, we had no chance of getting a spa day. To add insult to injury, the dishwasher in our room didn't work so our 2 day spa treatment ended up being 2 days of staying out of the foul weather, watching TV, eating in and then washing our dishes by hand.

Room Tip: Our room faced the tennis court rather than the water, so if you want good views you should probably...

Just returned from a four night stay in a three bedroom apartment. We were a group of three adults and two teenagers. The apartment was big enough for the five of us to spread out in after a days outing. The beds were clean and comfortable and the bunks were very to hold two solid teens. The master bathroom was spacious but disappointed with the pokey shower while the second bathroom had a big shower in a small bathroom. The soft furnishings in the rest of the apartment and the carpet throughout are in desperate need of replacement as they showed many signs of stains and grime. We had a nice balcony on the first floor from which you could see the jetty and boats coming and going on Cunningham Arm. The (smell of cleaners?) in the corridor leading to each apartment was very unpleasant and hit you each time you left the lift or your room. Two of our group ate at the "restaurant", a small area off the lobby with tables and chairs. They reported back that it was understaffed, the service very slow and the food was just average and very over priced for what you got. Parking was atrocious. The parking was free and unallocated but filled up quickly by evening, leaving you to park on the street overnight. The parking spots themselves were very cramped and had very little room between standard family size sedans. I had to let my passengers out before I parked the car because there was not enough space for them to get out after I moved into the parking space. The parking situation became really annoying by the third day.
I might suggest this place to others but would tell them to look around also. What you see in the photos is what you get but when you stay there is a whole lot more the photos don't reveal. A solid 3.5 stars but not the 4 star accommodation we are used to.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a balcony. Above the second floor and away from the road as continuous passing...

Stayed here one night while driving up the coast to Sydney.

The Esplanade is close to water and a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The beds were exceptionally comfortable for the price of the hotel - equivalent to Hyatt beds. Units are well equipped but very much showing their age - scuffs on the walls, stains on the carpets, etc. We had a 2 bedroom with 2 full baths for two couples.
