“average breakfast slow coffee”
Reviewed 19 September 2011

Had breakfast here with a big group of 10, all hungry for a hearty meal. All ordered bacon and eggs and an assortment of coffees. Plates arrived reasonably quickly. Very tasty and well presented but quite small portions. The coffees arrived very slowly one by one. By the time the last coffee was served the first one was done. Maybe the service is better with wine. Not for the hungry.

“Fabulous meals!”
Reviewed 18 September 2011

We found this place as they delivered room service meals to the Quest Apartments where we were staying. We dined here 3 times during our 8 day stay in Mildura and all meals were top quality. It is quite a popular place on Friday and Saturday nights so would be a good idea to book. They have quite a large menu to choose from as well as a specials board every day. The price of the meals was very reasonable and all serves a good size. Service was good most of the time but occasionally was a bit slow, although the wait staff were all very friendly and also knowledgeable of the menu.

“Food just ok - Service poor”
Reviewed 13 May 2011

Our group of 6 all agreed the food was very average. Budget bistro style.
The service started well until we question the quality of the entree's. We were amazed when the waiter/manager/owner? said "you will be paying for all your meals, ok!" He wasn't interested in listning to our concerns and ignored us from then on. As we were leaving the same guy was in an argument with other dinners. Many other restaurants in Mildura worth a go.

“Great meal and fantastic staff!”
Reviewed 28 December 2010

We cheched this out during the afternoon as a possible dinner spot for that night. It is a restaurant and wine bar in the building that also houses Merure Mildura Hotel. We didn’t book for dinner as the staff advised that there were no bookings so we would probably have the run of the place come dinner.... We arrived about 7:45 to find the place almost full but were led to a table for 2. The entree of bruschetta was shared and a perfect share dish it was, 4 pieces and ever so tasty. The main courses were both different steak dishes off the menu and both were cooked perfectly to medium rare as ordered. We declined dessert as we were now full. Wines by the glass were excellent and the selection good. One white and 2 reds each. The waitress, Tanya, usually runs the bar and was exceptional in her care for us and preceded each wine serve by a tasting, and proceeded during the meal to have us taste other wines that she thought were very good, and she was right! Price was very good for what we had. Certainly eat there again, and again, and.....
