“Overpriced & over rated”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 March 2012

Did not feel comfortable here. Let's face it, it is all about the experience and relaxation should start from the desk. Nah! Didn't happen.

“Decadent (and over-priced)”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 January 2012

It's a lovely experience - the decadence, the professionalism, the range of massages - until you actually have your massage. Some staff are brilliant, but others are under-trained and rude. For the unreliability, it's not worth the price.

“Sanctuary in the midst of Fitzroy St's mayhem”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 January 2012

Aurora spa, once you enter up the stairs is a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. From reflexology, to facials and massages, you are pampered and preened in the serenity of environment which touches each of the senses - smell, sound, sight - all relaxing.

“Don't waist your money”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 December 2011

I think it's very overprices, plus they always try to sell you things.
I often get vouchers to this place as I live nearby as presents, and to be honest, I would rather get something else

“Highly recommended day spa”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 June 2010

I had a voucher from a friend and topped up with a half hour facial and massage. Laurel, my therapist, was excellent. Good firm hands and a sure touch, one of the best massages I've had lately. The facial was while obviously short, still left my skin feeling plumped and cared for. I would recommend Laurel and the spa itself. Very calm and light filled. Great for a winter retreat - though the outside area looks like it might be more fun in the warmer months.
