We dined at Wabi Sabi last week and had a wonderful meal. In the land of fish and chips, it was a welcome break to have some freshly prepared sashimi and salads. I would highly recommend anything on the specials menu. (we had a tuna sashimi salad as well as kingfish carpaccio). The only drawback of Wabi Sabi is that you can't order a la carte sushi. There are some sushi items on the menu, but it is not a traditional Japanese restaurant in that sense. We sat inside but the garden is beautiful and has a faux koi pond where they project movies. Very cool! Overall, it's a hidden gem and away from all the bustle.
