I've been to Margaret River maybe 4-5 times over the years. This was an interesting way to see the region. Shawn has clearly done this many times... lots of interesting stories , and this is like an insider's look at the local area.

The value and what contributes to the price is the intellectual property from developing the experience. The provided lunch and other details are not particularly costly.
The vineyard (Fraser Gallop) we were brought to was quite good... but it was a bit too much hard-sell.... or we might have bought some wine. Well, it was one of their competitors I visited subsequently which vouched for Fraser being good value.
If you're tired of the vineyards or have little interest in wine... this is a good alternative.
