Description: Wine has always been the hero in our Restaurant. The 7-course Discovery Menu is our signature experience; each course is inspired by one of our wines. Head chef, Santiago Fernandez and his team also take inspiration from the vineyards and winemaking process in creating dishes that bring a small part of our Estate to the table. Our 4-course Discovery Menu is a taster of the 7-course, for those with limited time, either matched to our recommendations or selected from our extensive wine list. We were delighted to be awarded one Hat as part of the 2018 Good Food Guide Awards. As our menus are a journey of discovery, we recommend you don’t view the menu in advance but if you can’t wait, take a sneak peek at the latest seasonal 7-course and 4-course menus on our website.

We booked months ahead to eat in their restaurant for my birthday. We chose the degustation menu and had a beautiful table overlooking the grounds. The staff were very attentive and the food was sublime. One of the best meals we have had in a long time with a very imaginative interpretation of Australian cuisine. If can get in don’t hesitate.

Dear juliemP4066CF

Thank you for your review, you are correct in stating that Sean is delightful, we are very lucky to have him as part of the team. The Sparkling Rose has been very well received and we have subsequently just released 2 new wines that could well become your next summer wine. The 2018 Project Chenin Viogner and 2016 Project Sauvignon Blanc.

We hope we get the opportunity to introduce the wine to you in the near future.

We visited on an unseasonably wild and wet day in January but the beauty of the estate was not lost. The gardens are amazing. So tasting was the only option on a very wet and cold day. The staff were super friendly and sat us down after we chose the wines we wanted to taste. Keep in mind you do need to pay for the tasting which is deducted from the bottles if you choose to buy. We included a cheese plate and just enjoyed the lovely room and surrounds.

Hello corrinna,
Ah yes, we will remember that stormy day well, not a usual Margaret River summer day! Thanks for making the decision to visit us, and I'm really pleased that a cheese board and wine tasting made up for such a wild day. Thanks for your review of our Wine Room.
Kind regards

After a long morning of driving, my partner and I decided to stop here for a snack and to pick up some famous Margaret river wines. Despite our very casual (and even slightly dusty) appearance, we were served without any hesitation. The sommelier was very kind and well versed in the wines that we tasted. The cheese plate was ordered was excellent as well.

Overall, a great experience.

Hello AleksElle
We are very used to welcoming people straight from the beach so a bit of dust and sand is perfectly fine. We're just pleased you chose to stop by. Thanks for your review of our Wine Room experience, very happy to hear the cheese board complemented your tasting with Claire. Enjoy the wines as a reminder of your holiday.
Kind regards

Absolutely beautiful grounds with rose gardens, maze hedges, walks and grasses areas for picnics. Wine tasting is a little privies than others but as a one off is well worth a visit just to see the beautiful surroundings
