Description: A cute little cafe in the forest, with the stunning Boranup Gallery next door. Cafe Boranup is 4kms South of Lake Cave on Caves Road Forest Grove, keep an eye out or our sign. Please go to our website for a map and GPS co-ordinates if that helps. We are friendly, do great coffee, make our own cakes and our lunches are hearty, delicious and reasonably priced.

A delightful café in a beautiful setting that serves an interesting, well prepared range of food. They were even happy to substitute an extra serve of salad instead of the potato that is usually served with the home made pie. However, I was a little disappointed on this occasion that the pie seemed to have been re heated in the micro wave making what would have been delicious pastry soft and doughy. The lemon slice was lovely though. Allow plenty of time to visit the gallery
as there are so many lovely things on display.

Set in the Boranup forest- with all those magnificent giant Karri, Jarrah and Marri trees- and a wonderful gallery selling art, furniture and objects d'art.
The food was delicious and the setting extraordinary. Will be back!

Mum and I had a sightseeing day out, finishing up at Boranup Gallery and decided on lunch first at the cafe. We chose the Moodyne Joe plate to share. Great taste plate with some truly exotic tastes. Very attentive service and a lovely casual cafe setting. The gallery itself takes a long time to peruse, so sustenance was required, and the cafe did an excellent job.

Thanks so much for coming out to dine with us, and for your great review. We really enjoy the feedback. The Moondyne and Jarrah Plates are a favourite, with us able to pair interesting meats such as emu salami and Venison chorizo with great local cheeses! Hope to see you again soon.

Thanks for your review! We love our blue wrens too! The honeyeaters have been hanging out at the cafe lately as well, putting on quite a display of how to hang upside down whilst eating, and splashing in the bird baths on warmer days!
